Job Summary
Main Location: IIford - East London
Part time: 1 or 2 days based on your availability or full time
Rates: Negotiable based on experience
Learners Progress College offers bespoke training to 16-18s and 19+ and support them into
employment, university, work experience and so on. We offer a wide range of courses i.e. Teaching
Assistance, Business Admin, IT, BTEC Business, Law, Childcare, Health & Social Care, A levels
and GCSEs.
We are currently in the market for well organised and supportive Business trainee teachers who can
work with small cohort of learners through small group training and one to one support. Successful
candidates must be reliable, supportive and results oriented. Our learners are very committed with
fantastic attendance records and willingness to learn. We are a very small college with a very
bespoke approach and are looking for the right candidates to add value to our warm and supportive
curriculum team. We receive positive feedback from our learners and inspectors.
These positions would also suit newly qualified teachers or degree holders who want to progress a
teaching career. You will also be supported and supervised by another qualified teacher. We can
provide this teacher training and the qualification if you are not yet qualified. Being able to support
with other courses would be an asset and the successful candidates should be able to arrive on time
for 9am start.

DBS will be required but we can support with this. Please submit an expression of interest and let us
know your availability and by extension your teaching experience, if any. We would still be happy to
